bio-ross-mclarty.jpgRoss McLarty received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He has been a litigator ever since practicing in several firms including as a partner at Macaulay McColl until he established a practice with Murray Wolf in 2002.

Ross has considerable experience in elder law as well as other practice areas including insurance, commercial, construction, fraud related and tort litigation. He takes satisfaction in solving client’s problems in contentious and complicated matters. Ross is peer rated BV Distinguished© by Martindale Hubbell in both legal ability and ethical standards and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association elder law, wills and trusts, insurance and civil litigation subsections and the Insurance Institute of British Columbia.

bio-murray-wolf.jpgMurray Wolf obtained his law degree from the University of Toronto.  Murray has experience in elder law as well as other areas including estate litigation, commercial litigation, property disputes, construction litigation, and personal injury.  Much of Murray’s practice is focused on chambers applications where clients are seeking specific types of Court orders allowed under statute.  Murray also has a wealth of experience conducting mediations on behalf of his clients.  Murray is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and participates in its wills and trusts, elder law and civil litigation subsections.  Murray also serves on the CBA’s court services committee.
